Managed and coordinated the EU-funded Erasmus+ SM4B project,
which addressed the growing issue of social media addiction
among young people aged 15–30 while promoting digital
literacy, entrepreneurship, and mental well-being. The project
empowered marginalised groups—including youth in state care,
migrants, and disadvantaged youth through non-formal education
focused on social media management, sustainable digital
business practices, and mental health awareness. SM4B aligned
with Erasmus+ priorities by advancing inclusion, digital
upskilling, and youth employability, while transforming social
media into a tool for personal development and career growth.
Through local workshops, online communities, and SEO-optimised
learning content, the initiative built lasting networks and
open-access educational resources.

Digital Marketing and AI Tools for Art VET Trainers
2023 — 2025
Managed and coordinated the EU-funded Erasmus+ Digital
Marketing and AI Tools for Art VET Trainers project, aimed at
equipping young artists and VET trainers with the digital
competencies needed to promote and sell art in the online
marketplace. The project developed innovative training
methodologies that integrated digital marketing strategies and
AI-based tools to enhance visibility, creativity, and
entrepreneurship in the art sector. By aligning vocational
education with current market needs, Digital Marketing and AI
Tools for Art VET Trainers strengthened the employability of
young artists, supported VET institutions in modernizing their
curricula, and fostered cross-border collaboration on digital
transformation in the creative industries.

Introduction to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software
for VET teachers
2023 — 2025
Managed and coordinated the EU-funded Erasmus+ ERP-VET
project, which addressed the gap between vocational education
and the labour market by equipping VET trainers with skills in
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Responding to
Europe’s persistent digital skills shortage and the high
demand for ERP professionals, the project enhanced trainers’
competencies through structured workshops, mobility programs,
and SEO-based digital learning resources. ERP-VET aligned with
Erasmus+ priorities on digital transformation and VET
modernization by fostering curriculum innovation, improving
employability, and strengthening cooperation between education
providers and industry.

Code for Future
2023 — 2025
Managed and coordinated the EU-funded Erasmus+ Code4Future
project, designed to address Europe’s growing shortage of
skilled coders and support youth employability through digital
education. In collaboration with educational authorities and
schools in Cologne and Adana, the project integrated coding
and digital literacy into school curricula to inspire students
to pursue careers in technology.

Intergenerational Hub for the Amelioration of Sustainable
Agricultural Practices and Entrepreneurial Mindset
2022 — 2024
The project addressed key challenges identified in the
European Green Deal—such as aging farming populations, lack of
green reskilling, and social isolation by connecting senior
farmers with young agro-entrepreneurs to foster mutual
learning, entrepreneurship, and environmental awareness. It
developed innovative, non-formal educational tools including
an AI-driven digital game, AgroLabs for sustainable practice
training, and a comprehensive guidebook on intergenerational
cooperation. Through these initiatives, GrandFriend advanced
sustainable farming, strengthened civic engagement, encouraged
youth participation in agriculture, and supported the EU’s
long-term goal of climate neutrality by 2050.

Youth Participation for Developing Sustainable Green Cities
2022 — 2024
Managed and coordinated the EU-funded Erasmus+ GreenCities
project, which empowered young people to collaborate with
municipalities and environmental organisations in developing
sustainable, smart green cities. GreenCities aligned with the
European Green Deal and EU Youth Strategy by promoting civic
engagement, social entrepreneurship, and inclusion of
underrepresented youth through digital literacy and
community-based activities. The project delivered substantial
impact through large-scale training programs, pilot tests,
interviews, and the establishment of youth-led green NGOs.

V2B: Creating NFT Opportunities on Metaverse for Art VET
trainees
2022 — 2024
Managed and coordinated the EU-funded Erasmus+ MetaNFT
project, which aimed to enhance digital competencies within
the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector,
particularly among art students. The project responded to the
growing importance of the Metaverse and NFTs as emerging
spaces for creativity, entrepreneurship, and digital commerce,
addressing the skills gap that prevents many young people,
especially from disadvantaged backgrounds. MetaNFT provided
VET trainees with practical training in NFT creation, digital
marketing, and the use of the Metaverse for showcasing and
monetizing artistic work, thereby improving their
employability and fostering entrepreneurship.

Training for self-protection against forest fires in rural
areas
2022 — 2023
The projects trained adults in rural areas in fire prevention
and self-protective, preventive, and reactive actions,
aligning with the European Commission’s policies on shifting
the focus from suppression to prevention and strengthening
community preparedness. Collaborated with partners from across
Europe and Turkey to develop comprehensive training modules,
materials, and digital platforms that promoted knowledge
transfer, community resilience, and effective emergency
response. Oversaw project planning, implementation, and
cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery in
accordance with EU objectives and funding frameworks.
